Are you a results-driven senior marketer with a passion for managing paid digital channels campaigns? We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and take the reins of our paid media advertising.

Amazon Operations sits at the heart of the Amazon customer experience. We look after everything from the moment a customer clicks buy; to the moment their item is delivered - from desktop to doorstep. We do things on a massive scale - millions of packages pass through the hands of our Associates every year. As a business, we do lots of things to attract, engage, support, motivate and enable the brilliant people who make it all happen. At the forefront of that effort, sits our Talent Acquisition Marketing team - a collective of talented individuals managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems. Our goal is attracting hundreds of thousands of associates and recruits yearly for various operational business lines (fulfillment centers, transportation, logistics, corporate offices).

Key job responsibilities
Digital Channel Roadmaps:
• Take a leadership role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital channel roadmaps aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Drive the integration of job boards, paid social, paid search, and display advertising into a cohesive, cross-channel approach.
Digital Media In-housing:
• Manage and facilitate the in-housing of digital media efforts, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish and refine processes for efficient in-platform execution.
Team Management:
• Manage a team of in-platform specialists for various channels, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee team performance, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.
Execution and Optimization:
• Directly able to support the team with in-platform questions for key channels, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and platform updates.
• Implement optimization strategies based on performance data, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
Media Technology:
• Manage and evaluate media technology solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging tools.
Attribution Models:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of multi-touch attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) methodologies.
• Apply this understanding to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and guide strategic decision-making.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
