We are looking for a Legal Secretary to work within our Employment and Litigation department.
About You
- Previous experience is essential
- Has an active interest and obtain a thorough understanding of client requirements
- Experience supporting more than one Fee Earner
- Confident, clear and articulate communication skills both orally and in writing
- Pleasant telephone manner speaks clearly and fluently
- Ability to work in a planned and organised way and to multitask
- Excellent IT Skills
- You gain job satisfaction from providing the highest level of client service
- You are a team player and communicate well with clients and peers
About the Role
- Assist in a full range of Employment matters
- Audio Typing using Olympus
- Drafting Court papers, emails and correspondence
- Diary management
- Dealing with clients over the telephone and face to face
