Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency - North West London

Our Clients, are a highly successful and well established estate agent in London NW5 who are looking for a Sales Negotiator to enhance their current team. They will consider both experienced and trainee negotiators, but trainees must have a sales or customer service background. Full training will be given.

The ideal candidate will be able to respond to leads from their website and property portals.

Other responsibilities will include booking viewings and valuations, handling negotiations, compile property descriptions and show properties to potential purchasers.

The Suitable Candidate will have:

Excellent telephone manner

Sales background

Be highly motivated.

Energy, enthusiasm, and a 'can do' attitude

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to work in a high pressure & target driven environment

Be well presented

Full driving license .

Our client offers:

Full training

A BMW company car

A generous basic salary plus commission

Hours of work;

Monday to Wednesday 9am to 7pm

Thursday 9am to 8pm

Friday 9am to 6pm

Saturday 9am to 5pm

Every 3rd weekend off.
