Lead Designer is required to join the in-house creative studio of a vibrant financial services organisation based in the City of London. Within this role you will lead a small team in delivering outstanding and impactful design for brand, print and digital across the group's multiple brands. This is a hybrid working role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a growing team of Designers and Artworks providing guidance and mentoring as required
• Bring unexpected ideas to the table - inspiring others to do so - across brand, print and digital
• Leading workshops, structured brainstorms and other collaborative exercises.
• Ensure the efficient running of the studio
• Work with the Creative Director to manage multiple projects across a range of industries
• Engage with stakeholders across the business, developing strong relationships

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to create design concepts for multi-channel projects including video, print, outdoor media, digital and events.
• Proven experience leading and shaping teams
• Proficient in all relevant software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc).
• Comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An incredible eye for detail
• Portfolio that demonstrates a proven track record in creating stunning brands (plus some digital).
