Senior .NET Developer Brighton (Hybrid) £70,000 + bonus + benefits I'm working with a well-established, international ecommerce business in Brighton. Its booking platform processes thousands of transactions every day across more than 20 markets. The business is looking for a Senior .NET Developer who cares about building fast, reliable APIs at scale. The role You'll work on a business-critical part of the platform. You'll build, measure and tune services running in the cloud and at the edge, and you'll own them from design through to production. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, SDETs, DevOps, product and UX, releasing several times a day through CI/CD. You'll also have a real say in how things are built. What you'll bring Strong commercial C# .NET backend experience SQL Server / T-SQL, including query tuning, indexing and execution plans High-traffic ecommerce or transactional systems Cloud experience, ideally AWS Strong RESTful API design: versioning, idempotency, caching, OpenAPI/Swagger Production ownership: monitoring and profiling .NET apps (e.g. Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch) Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor), with the judgement to own what they produce Good engineering habits: code review, automated testing, small and frequent releases Nice to have: a CS degree, and exposure to DDD, event-driven architecture, TDD/BDD, microservices or CQRS. IT Security Architect, Financial Services London, City (Hybrid) Highly competitive salary with bonus and FS benefits A leading global financial services firm is building out its security architecture function and looking for a strong Security Architect to join a lean, fast-moving team at a genuinely interesting moment. The firm is mid-transformation: cloud migration, a Zero Trust programme, and a growing AI security agenda. There is real work to do, and real scope to shape how security architecture is delivered across the business. The role You will conduct security design reviews end to end, perform threat modelling, author security standards and patterns, and provide architecture consultancy to project teams across the business. You will build deep knowledge of a specific business division while remaining part of a central, shared team. This is not a governance role. You will need to know your technology well enough to have real conversations with engineers and shape solutions, not just review them. What they are looking for The ideal profile sits between pure theorist and hands-on practitioner. Close to technology, technically credible, and operating confidently at architecture level. Senior Engineer - Azure & Power Platform Permanent London Hybrid Circa £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for delivering robust enterprise solutions on MS Azure and Power Platform. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong engineering judgement and close collaboration with architects, product, delivery and business stakeholders. This role will see you contribute to technical decisions and engineering standards through expertise and practical delivery. Please note: This is not a pure DevOps role. We are seeking a hands-on Azure and PP Engineer with strong experience across .NET, Azure PaaS services, integrations, APIs, and solution design. Whilst experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices is important, the primary focus is on delivering business solutions using Azure application and integration services. What you'll be doing Design and implement enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power Platform in line with approved architecture, security and engineering standards. Translate functional and non-functional requirements into maintainable technical designs and working software. Contribute to solution design discussions, identify technical trade-offs and provide evidence-based engineering recommendations. Build reusable components, integrations and automation that improve delivery speed, consistency and supportability. Apply responsible AI practices when using Azure AI, Copilot or AI agent capabilities within business solutions. Azure, Integration & Application Development Develop applications and services using .NET or C-shap, REST APIs, microservices and Azure PaaS services. Design and implement integration solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid and API Management. What you'll bring: At least five years of experience as a Senior Engineer delivering complex, production-grade systems. Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure integration services. Strong .NET / C# development experience, including API-based and service-oriented architectures. Experience integrating Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and external enterprise systems. Experience designing and implementing microservices, event-driven solutions and data integrations. Working knowledge of Azure AI services and the Microsoft ecosystem for Copilot and AI agents. Cloud, Platform & DevOps. This is an analyst-focused role, not a development position: you'll work alongside the development team on requirements, solution design and business support, with genuine hands-on Power Platform and D365 knowledge as your technical foundation. Reporting to the Platform Lead, you'll sit at the interface between the business and the developers, helping translate day-to-day needs into clear, actionable requirements while supporting a mature Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 estate.
