A respected and long-established Rotherham firm based closed to all transport links is now looking to recruit an experienced civil litigation solicitor.
In this civil litigation role, you will handle a busy and broad caseload expected in a fast moving high street environment including:
- Property litigation
- Boundary disputes
- Neighbour disputes
- Landlord and tenant
- Employment,
- Contested probate
- Consumer contracts
- Debt recovery
- Personal injury
- Contract disputes
The Head of Department thinks that the successful applicant will have a minimum of 4 years PQE but will consider those will less. The role will suit a civil litigation solicitor who is technically strong, self-motivated and happy to get into the local community to promote the firm and department.
