• Be the POC for the reporting of all property issues from my clients stores & Head Office
• Trouble shoot all property issues and organise callouts with external contractors and our in-house maintenance engineer across areas including electrical, heating and h&s matters
• Work closely with external contractors, such as alarm monitoring centres, waste management companies, decorators etc. to ensure that all works are quoted and approved by the Property Manager
• Organise and monitor jobs for the companies maintenance engineer and ensure that repairs are carried out quickly and efficiently

The Person:

• Property maintenance experience / knowledge preferred
• Time served in a similar role or administration role
