Job Description

Do you have the experience to recognise and work with those who have hidden hurt, trauma or learning disabilities and pull partners around the child and carer to make the difference that will provide a network of support and guidance.

Location: Greater Manchester

Pay Rate - £35PH

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • The responsibility includes working with family's subject of CIN / CP and CLA plans, holding a manageable caseload of children and families.
  • There is access to what is considered mandatory training. At the current time we are asking all workers to do impact chronology training, safeguarding and mental capacity training, we also encourage all staff to attend training for other things.
  • As much as possible our agency workers are treated the same as our permanent staff, they are offered the same level of support to be responsible for a varying caseload including safeguarding cases.
  • We want all children and families to benefit from high quality and purposeful relationships with professionals. We believe this will help create the best opportunities to empower change.

Role Details:

  • SWE Registered
  • Must have 2 years of experience as a QSW in a similar team
  • Must hold UK Driving License
