Description
As Interim HR Business Partner you will support with generalist HR BP duties including, ER casework, stakeholder management, coach upksill and guide managers, recruitment, performance management, TUPE and any ad hoc project support. You will work closely with the wider HR Team to ensure an efficient HR service delivery.
Profile
The successful candidate will have prior public sector experience at Business Partnering level, CIPD qualified, available to start in January an commutable to Birmingham 1 (maybe 2) times per week. You will have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
