Trainee or Experienced Lettings Administrator

Looking for a career in property? Our client, an independent Lettings agent in Exeter, are looking for a trainee or experienced Lettings Administrator to join their team and can offer a great introduction to the property industry and a starting salary of £20-21,000.

The main responsibilities of this position will include the start to finish process for new tenants, from application to move in. Training will be given on the job.

This role will include:

• Drawing up contracts
• Speaking to customers
• Booking in appointments
• Diary management
• Prepare tenancy move ins
• Making sure all legal documents are in place prior to move in EPC, gas safety certificates, electrical installation certificates etc
• Occasional viewings on lettings properties
• General administration

The ideal applicant must be experienced in customer services, have office experience, organisational skills, be confident in dealing with people and have great admin skills. Would suit someone with a mature attitude and who thrives in a busy environment and is keen to learn the lettings process and forge a career within the industry. You would need to drive as the role will also include going out to do some viewings

Salary in the region of £20-21,000 Monday to Friday plus Saturdays on a rota.
