Description

As a 180 Recruitment Consultant at PageGroup you will -

• Understand customer needs and drivers in discipline(s) in order to develop strong client and candidate relationships
• Proactively generates candidates and effective client relationships
• Has ability to initiate and create solutions to candidate sourcing
• Builds relationships internally and externally in order to accomplish personal and team goals
• Able to adapt to change quickly and logically
• To be forward thinking
• Assists Team Managers, BDM's, KAMS, PM's with client feedback and proactive process suggestions
• Work to tight deadlines
• Lead manage and develop proactive candidate relationships
