Working with housing associations and councils to improve the energy efficiency of their homes across the Midlands. Responsible for the management of the retrofit assessment and coordination process, including Survey Software Tool Development, Customer Journey and Compliance on both survey and technical solutions.

Description

• Manage the retrofit surveys process from inception to completion
• Working closely with housing associations and councils across the Midlands
• Technical knowledge for retrofit surveys
• Managing the customer journey
• Domestic energy assessments
• Delivery of PAS2035
• Energy modelling
• Liaising with client stakeholders

Profile

• Retrofit coordinator qualified (Level 5)
• Domestic energy assessor qualified
• Background working with housing associations
• Proven ability to manage the survey process
• Understanding of housing refurbishment schemes
• Experience working within the construction/housing industry
• Driving licence and commutable distance of the Midlands
