Property Surveyor Your new companyOur client is one of the region's leading full-service firms, offering a total solution service for all surveying and commercial agency needs. They have a team of Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Rural Surveyors, Valuers, Commercial Agents & Planning Consultants who have many years' experience of working with commercial, industrial, rural, public and private clients; from homeowners and landlords to large scale developers and commercial businesses.Your new roleAs a Property surveyor you will be covering all aspects of property management, from preparing client reports on the property management service and regular formal reporting to clients. Management of rental and other income including tenant arrears. Provide support and assistance to clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities including rent reviews, lettings and lease renewal programmes.What you'll need to succeedYou will be working towards MRICS or newly qualified with a relevant qualifications is property or construction.
