Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Mansfield or Nottingham
Salary: £19,000 - £25,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
CRA Legal are recruiting for a modern, forward-thinking law firm who are seeing increasing growth in their commercial property department. Due to this continued growth within the commercial property department an opportunity to join a modern business has arisen to join the team.

We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking commercial property paralegal to join the team to support in the department and firms continued success.
Role & Responsibilities:
Your role will invoice supporting qualified solicitors on a wide of commercial property transactions including:
commercial sales and purchases
leases, land sales and purchases
plot sales
Residential sale and purchases on behalf of commercial clients
overage agreements
secured lending
finance
auction sales and purchases
Required Attributes:
It is vital you have experience within commercial property/real estate
Additional experience within residential property would be desirable but not mandatory
