Learning and Development Manager Leicester UP to £25 per hour (£50k equivalent) Temp to perm
Macildowie is excited to be working with an education organisation based in Leicestershire to appoint a Learning and Development Manager to take lead on organisation development and co-ordinate, plan and deliver training.
The role is paying up to £25 per hour (£50k equivalent) and is looking for someone with excellent organisation skills to design and deliver training across organisation. The role will be on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key duties include:
- Create, design and deliver mandatory and discretionary learning and development activities to support employee development and career progression.
- Support the HR team with the development of the Learning and Development Plan
- Conduct regular training needs analysis
- Identify and assess learning & development needs
- Work closely with managers to ensure all relevant employees gain appropriate qualifications.
- Research new training materials and develop a 'learning library' to provide employees with supportive development resources.
- Plan, organise and deliver development sessions to employees including the organisation and facilitation of events.
- Develop and deliver the welcome programme.
- Be responsible for the support, development and line management of the Learning & Development Apprentice.
