Recruiting for an Interim Project Finance Manager to join a property development company in London.
- 6month FTC
- £70K-75K annual salary pro rata
- Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office
- Central London office
- Start ASAP
This role is in charge of monitoring all budgets for projects which will involve working with different teams including, Sales, Development and Marketing. This role will be involved in cashflow forecasting, reforcasting, development budgets and analysis against performance, working with the Sales and Development teams for accrual financial models and Stakeholder management.
This role would suit someone who is confident and a strong communicator with strong budgeting and forecasting experience. For this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 2-4years PQE in industry. Experience working in property or real estate is extremely beneficial for this role.
