Overview:

We are pleased to be supporting one of the largest, non-city based law firms based in Warwickshire who are currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join their Rural Property/Agriculture team. They provide a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, as well as a great working environment with on-site canteen and an active social committee.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for running your own caseload
• Provide support to the more senior lawyers with more complex transactions
• Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money"
• Ensuring that all invoices are raised on completion of the matter
• Support key events to help secure profitable new clients and increase the Firm's profile
• Provide marketing support e.g. writing copy and reports, updating literature and seeking out networking opportunities
• Undertake legal research both as requested and on own initiative

Ideal candidate:

• A property background (previous experience in rural property is not essential - though this is advantageous.)
• Motivation, enthusiasm and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• A desire to learn and work part as a team
