Are you currently looking for a full-timeTeaching Assistant role? Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to start a full-time contract at a Primary School in Doncaster (DN5). To apply for this position, we require you to hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. The role The position is due to start immediately, and you will be required to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil in Year 1 needing extra support in the classroom.The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30. The right candidate will be: Motivated and committed to being part of a strong team Able to work independently and under direction from the class teacher Be enthusiastic, passionate and committed to the role Be able to build strong relationships with the children, parents and staff in order to create a positive working environment. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary environment Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff Ideally have experience delivering primary lessons Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
