• Passionate about harnessing the power of visualisation to help enhance digital transformation across our clients businesses
. As a visualisation expert you will be responsible for developing front end user reports which meet the needs of a stakeholders across a variety of different sectors
• Engaging storyteller who can bring to life the value of Analytics, AI & Automation, with excellent written & oral communication skills
• Comfortable working in stimulating roles and experience working in agile delivery models. You'll be resilient and have a strong focus on speed and quality of execution
• Ability to apply creative thinking and innovative methods to your clients' business needs to gain commitment and deliver outstanding work

Why you?

You'll have a good grounding in some of the following areas:
• Previous experience on visualisation projects across sectors, creating end to end data models, from initial reporting requirements and business rules gathering to implementation
• Creating dashboards and interactive visual reports using several BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qilk and Looker
• Strong knowledge of querying and manipulating data using SQL, R or Python
• Ability to translate complex statistical concepts and machine learning models to non-technical stakeholders using visualisations
• A thought leader within visual analytics with expert knowledge of visualisations software/packages across the market, and ability to transfer knowledge internally and to the client.
• Experience applying visualisation best practises to foster an outstanding user experience

It is desired that you have some understanding in the following area:
• Certifications in either Power BI, Tableau or Looker
• Experience in open source technologies such as D3, Ggplot and Plotly to create innovate solutions
• Experience using programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
• Experience of creating web applications using HTML, CSS and Java is strongly desired, as well as programming-based visualisation tools such as R Shiny or Python dash
• Experience of data and analytics strategy; visioning; roadmap and business case development; strategy formation; operating model design; business analysis and maturity assessments
• Architectural / feature knowledge of one or more of the listed AI Platforms: Google Cloud Platform; Amazon Web Services; Microsoft Azure; Salesforce Einstein; Adobe Sensei
