INTERIM HEAD OF OPERATIONS
CENTRAL LONDON
SaaS
Maternity cover contract, 12-14 months duration
£75,000 - £80,000 + Bonus
Simpson Judge are supporting a fantastic SaaS business, with an inspirational product and phenomenal growth journey, in their search for an Interim Head of Operations to cover maternity leave.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Reporting into the COO. This is a key part of the leadership team.
* Project focus around growth and expansion.
* Building organisation around SaaS offering - structure and methodology.
* Building customer success team.
* Pricing model and product strategy in conjunction with COO.
* Transformation and change management.
* Financial responsibility - bottom-line - working with finance function.
* ISO20071.
In order to be considered you must be:
* Proven Operations leader with experience in a SaaS environment.
* Experience with growth, scale and associated process improvement.
* PE backed business experience.
* Highly analytical with a good eye for the numbers.
* Highly commercial.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skill set.
* Launching products internationally and in new territories.
* Strong technical knowledge around the SaaS space.
* Excellent man management.
* Recruitment and development of staff.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £80,000 p.a. dependent on experience, plus bonuses.
