Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files - including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently. Draft and review contracts, title documents, and legal reports. Conduct searches, raise/respond to enquirers, and provide timely updates to clients. Ensure full compliance with AML, CQS, and other regulatory requirements.
