The charity play an active part in the community and are looking for someone with the same passion for what they do to join them as a Development Director. This is an exciting time to join the charity as they move through a period of huge growth and expansion, offering you the opportunity to really 'put your mark' on this role and make it your own.
This is an important hire for the charity as you will be responsible for managing and overseeing strategic partnerships with other charities, businesses and organisations, project managing large scale projects, establishing budgets, and identifying new partners across Surrey.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience in managing large scale projects in a charity setting. Experience working in the mental health sector with an understanding of the kinds of support that can be provided to someone who is experiencing difficulty is essential to allow you to hit the ground running in this role. Budget analysis, forecasting and management experience, along with strategic relationship management are all things that you will need to be able to demonstrate in interview.
Please note that due to the nature of the role, any successful placement is subject to an Enhanced DBS Clearance. You must also be a driver with access to a vehicle as this role will require you to travel around the Surrey area to meet with clients and businesses.
