An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant based in Slough, Bucks to join a family-owned Recruitment Agency.

The role will suit someone currently working in recruitment or ideally with recent recruitment experience, who is looking for a responsible role in a small, supportive and collaborative team and has a strong team ethic.

The role:

  • Running a commercial temporaries desk.
  • Developing business
  • Sourcing candidates to match your client's recruitment needs, making candidate calls to new and existing candidates.
  • Screening and interviewing Candidates
  • Taking down concise job descriptions from clients so to fill bookings with the most appropriate candidate.
  • Contacting new clients to source new roles. Visiting new and existing clients where possible to understand the nature of the business.
  • Will need to communicate effectively with clients (by phone, face to face, video links, network at conferences etc.)
  • Managing your own desk and looking after your portfolio of clients.
  • Working to monthly KPI's and targets.
  • Listing vacancies on our website, jobs boards and social media.
  • Maintain and update all company databases and requirements of the role.

Skills and Experience:
