Job Description

As a Barclays Network Management Controls team member, you will Act in a governance capacity for all account openings with our External Agent Bank Network, as required by the business. In this role you will be part of a small but essential team who are key in developing better tools and processes for the account management function. This is a mid-senior level role which has clear progression routes for the future.

What will you be doing?
• Management of account opening documentation must be kept in accordance with department procedures
• Any new or updated regulatory requirements, must be taken into account and procedures updated where applicable
• You will conduct regular Due Diligence reviews
• Be Responsible for CASS deliverables
• Support new business initiatives and market access
• Provide support to the Account Management team and business areas
• Co-ordinate audit requests and ensure these are responded to timely
• Gain a strong understanding of the CASS Pillars and how these impact the functions within Network Management

What we're looking for:
• Experience within a Network Management or CASS role
• Securities or other settlements background, Relationship Management, or Credit background
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Demonstrate the ability to continually develop technical expertise and seek improvements
• Ability to manage internal client relationships

• Excellent interpersonal skills including relationship management, communication, teamwork and partnership
• Proactive and positive attitude and desire to make a difference
