Job Description

We have a number of opportunities for Learning Support Assistants, working variable hours, with options ranging from just a few per week, all the way up to 33 hours per week.

We are seeking approachable and adaptable individuals to join our evolving Inclusive Learning Team, supporting students who need to overcome barriers to their learning. You will work with small groups or 1:1 within a classroom environment, or out in the community.

This is a highly rewarding role and would be suited to individuals with great enthusiasm and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to relate to young people and/or adults with a range of additional needs, including learning disabilities, mental health needs, social emotional difficulties, and physical care. A recognised 'Learning Support' related qualification is desirable, and experience of SEND would be particularly advantageous.
