This role will be for a newly created company within a larger group that are looking to develop green energy storage technology. Through various partnerships the company already has an established sales pipeline and are in early stages of concept development. With strong growth plans and international production facilities on the cards this is an exciting time to join the project.
In this role you will be heading up the research team to lead the development of brand new concepts within the energy storage space. The role will be experimentally driven but with a focus on pilot production systems. The role will involve ongoing collaboration with academic instituitons and external parties. You will initially be overseeing a small team however as the company grows your responsibility will grow with it.
This is the perfect role for someone with experience of batter or energy storage technologies looking to join a rapidly growing company working on cutting edge of green technology.
The role:
*Lead the R&D team
*Devise experiments to test novel concepts
*Establish pilot production lines
The person:
*Experience running an R&D team
*Knowledge of Energy Storage, Lithium-Ion or Sodium-Ion batteries
*Familiar with working on new concept designs
