Account Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager working for a growing business based in Thurmaston, Leicestershire.

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday full time hours.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Managing client accounts accordingly, such as renewals and seize opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products
Contact new registrations
Build sustainable relationships and engage customer by taking the extra mile.
Carry out dedicated outbound sales campaigns to existing and potential clients
Adhere to compliance requirements to offer assistance and further promote Rhino Trade Insurance and the services we offer
To maintain a high degree of product knowledge
Meet personal/ team targets

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Sales experience
Confident Telephone Manner / Communication Skills
Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication
