About the Role
Lead with purpose. Inspire change. Transform lives.
Are you an experienced school leader ready to make a lasting impact across two specialist settings? This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of two schools, championing high-quality education, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture where both students and staff can thrive. Working alongside experienced Senior Leadership Teams and the Regional Director, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every student receives the support, encouragement and opportunities they need to succeed.
At Belmont, we believe every student deserves the chance to realise their potential. Through a personalised, nurturing and ambitious approach, we help young people build confidence, develop resilience and achieve meaningful outcomes both in education and beyond.
