Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Knaresborough
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 am

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join an established organisation in Knaresborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic individual to play an important role in delivering engaging marketing activity, creating compelling content and supporting campaigns that make a genuine difference.

Working closely with an experienced Marketing Manager and the wider team, you will be involved in a varied mix of marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, website content, creative design, events and communications.

Responsibilities of Marketing Executive:

• Create engaging content for digital, social media, email and other marketing channels
• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
• Write and edit content, ensuring accuracy, quality and brand consistency
• Manage and update website content
• Help grow and maintain social media channels
• Support email marketing activity and monitor campaign performance
• Create marketing materials and digital assets using tools such as Canva and Adobe
• Support promotional activity around events, including attending events when required
• Assist with PR, communications and media activity
• Use marketing data and analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, external contacts and creative partners
• Bring fresh ideas, creativity and enthusiasm to the wider marketing function

Skills & Experience:

• A genuine interest in marketing, content and communications
• Previous marketing experience or a relevant degree, although recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence creating content for social media and digital channels
• An interest in design, branding and visual content
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn new systems, platforms and ways of working
• Positive, proactive and collaborative approach
• Confidence in contributing creative ideas and taking initiative
