Overview:
This new role, Head of Income Generation and External Communications, is responsible for growing Rape Crisis South London's income and raising its external profile, combining fundraising with proactive external communications to build the charity's network, reputation and footprint across South London and beyond. As we build to our End of Decade Strategy it is an exciting time to join the Charity.
The postholder will lead on diversifying income streams, including corporate partnerships, individual giving, major donors, grants and foundations, while also taking ownership of external communications: media relations, digital presence, campaigns and partnership visibility, to raise RCSL's profile and expand its network of supporters, partners and referral routes.
Two growth priorities for this role are developing corporate partnerships as a strategic income stream, and growing RCSL's training and prevention offer to statutory bodies, schools and education settings, and sector professionals into a wider income-generating service.
You will be working with Survivors as this Directorate holds responsibility for the lived experience group, Survivor Voices.
