IT Project & Resource Coordinator

£32,000 to £36,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including bonus, pension, 23 days holiday (increasing with length of service), excellent training and development opportunities etc.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Project & Resource Coordinator to join an established and growing IT Managed Services Provider based in Skelmersdale. This is a varied position combining project coordination, resource planning and engineer scheduling, with responsibility for managing workloads and schedules across two technical engineering teams.

The successful IT Project & Resource Coordinator will take ownership of the engineering schedule, coordinating resources across multiple customer projects and ongoing managed services activities. Working closely with engineers, project leads and customers, the IT Project & Resource Coordinator will ensure technical work is planned effectively, resources are allocated efficiently and projects progress smoothly.

Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, alongside the confidence to manage competing priorities and take ownership of a busy schedule.

Essential skills:

• Previous experience in project coordination, resource planning, engineer scheduling or a similar role
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience maintaining schedules, trackers, project records and administrative systems
• Ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays and resource constraints
