Professional Support Lawyer - Real Estate
Bristol
An excellent opportunity for an experienced property Lawyer to move into a Professional Support Lawyer role within a leading UK law firm. This is a broad and strategic PSL position, working closely with the wider Real Estate group to support technical excellence and development of the practice, in addition this role has a strong focus on innovation, legal technology and AI.
The role:
Will be to work across property teams including real estate, development and planning and responsibilities will include:
- Providing up to date with key practical legal developments.
- Developing and delivering training to support technical excellence
- Identifying areas of legal, regulatory and commercial risk
- Working closely with the Innovation and Legal Technology teams to encourage the effective use of AI and other legal technology
- Acting as a key point of contact for Real Estate-related technology
- Contributing to tenders and business development
What experience is required:
- Qualified Solicitor in either real estate, property development or planning at least 5 years post qualification
- A genuine interest in legal technology, innovation and the developing use of AI
- Experience of delivering training and/ or coaching
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to build strong internal relationships
