Strategic Commercial Manager - Engineering & Manufacturing

M-Tec Engineering Solutions in the West Midlands is seeking a Commercial Manager to own the commercial function, lead a small team and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts. The role will drive quotes, pricing, margins and contract management across major customers.

The successful candidate will lead the commercial team, own the RFQ process from enquiry to order, and collaborate with Engineering, Production and Purchasing to ensure realistic lead times and manufacturing routes.
