Abri is seeking a Regional Learning, Skills & Capability Partner to lead learning initiatives for the region. You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders and POD HR to shape regional plans and deliver effective solutions across the ADDIE cycle.
You will champion leadership development, succession planning and mandatory training, using data to demonstrate impact and continually improve learning outcomes. Office locations in Eastleigh or Yeovil with a hybrid work pattern.
