Location: Loughborough

Salary: 13.80/hour - 14.92/hour - 37.5 Hours/Week

As a QC Laboratory Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance through accurate and timely testing.

• Performing analytical testing for batch release, stability studies, development projects, and customer complaint investigations
• Supporting GMP investigations, including preliminary and full-scale OOS/OOT investigations
• Maintaining Good Documentation Practices and ensuring compliance with GMP and GLP standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support calibration and equipment maintenance activities
• Reviewing and issuing GMP documentation following training
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the QC team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Recent experience working in a GMP or GLP-regulated laboratory environment
• Recent hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC and UV spectroscopy
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical testing requirements and current analytical methods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret analytical data
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ideally, 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical laboratory testing
