Aftersales Advisor: Customer Care & Growth (30 Days Holiday)

Allen Motor Group, at our Ford dealership in Swindon, is hiring an Aftersales Advisor. You will keep customers informed, book vehicles into the workshop, and upsell services to help achieve targets while ensuring GDPR compliance. No prior experience required, just strong customer service and admin skills.

The role is full-time, permanent with a 46.33 hour week, Monday to Friday and one in three Saturdays. Basic salary of £31,000 with an on-target earnings of £35,000, reporting to the Aftersales
