Allen Motor Group, at our Ford dealership in Swindon, is hiring an Aftersales Advisor. You will keep customers informed, book vehicles into the workshop, and upsell services to help achieve targets while ensuring GDPR compliance. No prior experience required, just strong customer service and admin skills. The role is full-time, permanent with a 46.33 hour week, Monday to Friday and one in three Saturdays. Basic salary of £31,000 with an on-target earnings of £35,000, reporting to the Aftersales

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Swindon. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have. As an Aftersales Advisor you'll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility: Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly Booking vehicles into the workshop Achieving set performance targets by upselling products Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines This position is offered on a Full-time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week, Monday - Friday & 1 in 3 Saturday's, £31,000 basic salary and an OTE of £35,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Do I need experience? No! Whilst we welcome applications from those with a background in an automotive aftersales/service advisor role, we understand that everyone started without experience at some point, so we relish applications from people looking to begin their automotive career with us. The role is a full-time 45-hour week, Monday-Friday 8:00-17:30 with a 1 in 2 Saturday shift, salary £29,741.40 per year, reporting to the Centre Manager.
