Rotate and specialiseOver the 2.5 year programme, you'll complete generalist placements in Risk, Coverage and Product, as well as well as specialist placements aligned to your future role. Think of it as a guided tour through the most fascinating corners of corporate and institutional banking.

RequirementsWhat you need to apply While we do not require a minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to be able to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. LocationsYou'll be based in London with option to work from other key hubs in Birmingham and Edinburgh plus other strategic locations. With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office, some roles are five days per week.
