Job Description
IDEX Consulting is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Team Leader to oversee its paraplanning function across Bristol, Cardiff, and Truro. You will lead and mentor a team of about 16 paraplanners, ensuring high technical quality and efficient service delivery while remaining hands-on when needed.
The ideal candidate has a strong paraplanning background with prior leadership or mentoring experience, and excellent report-writing and organizational skills.
