Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an ambitious children's care provider looking for a Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new 3-bed SEMH children's home in Nuneaton.

As Registered Manager, you will play a key role in establishing a safe, nurturing and high-performing home for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the home
• Maintaining full Ofsted compliance
• Recruiting, developing and retaining a skilled staff team
• Creating a positive and child-focused culture
• Managing safeguarding and risk management processes
• Building strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
• Managing budgets, occupancy and performance
• Driving quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Preparing the home for successful Ofsted inspections

We're looking for a passionate, resilient and ambitious leader who is committed to achieving exceptional outcomes for children and young people.

• Experience within children's residential care
• Strong understanding of SEMH and trauma-informed practice
• Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Leadership or management experience within a residential childcare setting
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Full UK Driving Licence

• Registered Manager experience
• Deputy Manager ready for first registration
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
• Track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
