At Lumos, we believe children belong in families, not institutions. Through partnerships with governments, communities and civil society organisations, Lumos works to transform care systems, reduce reliance on institutional care and ensure more children can grow up in safe and loving family environments.
After more than twenty years of driving care reform globally, Lumos is entering an ambitious new phase of growth. By 2036, the organisation aims to enable 500,000 children currently in residential care to grow up in families, and support at least 10 million more children and families to avoid unnecessary separation during a crisis.
To achieve this, Lumos is diversifying and expanding its funding base and is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to help secure the investment needed to scale its impact. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Fundraising, the Senior Programme Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in developing major funding opportunities and building strategic partnerships with foundations, institutional donors and sector partners.
This is more than a traditional fundraising role. Working closely with Country Directors, programme teams and senior leadership, you'll help shape how Lumos grows, translating systems- change strategies into compelling funding propositions and securing the partnerships needed to expand care reform for children.
