Sales & Lettings Negotiator

A sales driven Negotiator is required to join a multi branch agency in Basingstoke.

This is an active front of office position where you will be supporting both the sales & lettings side of the business handling enquiries, registering applicants and progressing deals through to completion or moving in.

Package Details:

• £23,000 basic salary with an OTE £33,000 - £40,000.
• Monday to Friday working with Saturday working on rota
• Ongoing support & training available to encourage career growth

Duties of the role to include:

• Registering property viewings and booking valuations
• Arranging & conducting property viewings
• Viewing feedback
• Negotiating offers
• Progressing agreed sales and lets to completion
• Building relationships with clients to facilitate generating valuations, viewings, sales or lets
• Business generation
• Office Support

Key skills required:

• A professional and confident demeanour
• Good computer skills
• Solid written and conversational skills
• Sales & Targets driven
• Able to see the bigger picture to maximise opportunities
• Organised and adaptable
• Good diary management
• Own car and UK driving licence

Property experience is preferred but not essential if your previous work career demonstrates transferable skills from a comparable sales environment along with a can do and get up and go attitude.
