Talent Resourcer

An innovative creative client is seeking a talentresourcing coordinator who is people centric. You will play a key part in shaping candidate experience from the very first interaction, using your exceptional communication skills to provide thoughtful, constructive feedback, maintain a personal touch throughout the hiring journey and build genuine rapport with applicants and internal stakeholders alike. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast moving, ideas driven environment and enjoys being the friendly, reliable voice that keeps processes running smoothly.

You will work closely with a collaborative group who value openness, shared thinking and supporting one another to deliver the best outcomes. Based in the office Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm, you will be fully immersed in the team's creative rhythm while developing your HR resourcing expertise. The position offers a salary of up to £30,000-£38,000 depending on experience, with plenty of scope to grow as you become a trusted part of the hiring function.
