Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Telford

A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE to join its established Telford team.

The Role

Working alongside a Partner and other members of the team, the successful residential conveyancer will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.

The role will include:

  • Managing sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold
  • Handling re-mortgages, shared ownership and Right to Buy matters
  • Dealing with country properties, leases and easements
  • Providing excellent client service throughout
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and best practice requirements
  • Supporting colleagues and sharing best practice
  • Assisting with business development activities where required

About You

You will have:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • 5+ years' post-qualified experience in residential property conveyancing
  • Experience managing a varied residential property caseload
  • Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
