Hours: Weekend work only - approx. 18 hours per week (Friday 4pm till close, 11:30pm/12am; Saturday 12pm till 4pm; and alternate Sundays 4pm till 11pm, or every Sunday if preferred)

Our client is looking for Experienced Bar Staff to enhance the welcoming atmosphere of their vibrant team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess a minimum of three years bar experience, they want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

As Bar Staff, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding bar experience, serving drinks and engaging with the clientele. This part-time role focuses on weekend hours only - Friday evenings, Saturday lunchtimes and alternate Sundays (or every Sunday if preferred), totalling approximately 18 hours per week - making it an ideal fit for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. The position requires someone who can work independently and confidently manage the bar in the owner's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve drinks efficiently and maintain a clean and friendly bar environment.
• Change kegs and barrels as needed, ensuring stock is maintained effectively.
• Take charge of the bar during shifts when required, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Engage with customers, providing a warm and bubbly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patrons.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in bar work with a proven track record.
• Confident in managing bar responsibilities independently.
• Ability to work the required weekend hours: Friday evenings, Saturdays, and alternate (or every) Sundays.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
