Retail Supervisor job in Dorchester (Luxury brand)

Our client is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join the team, supporting the store management to implement procedures, help plan and execute sales activities, whilst assisting to support the team.
Salary and Benefits:
A salary of £DOE per annum
20 days + bank holidays

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist and support in managing & motivating team to increase sales & maximise efficiency
- Assist and support the Store Manager with effective learning & development
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Assist in updating & merchandising to optimize sales, space management & presentation of the product range according to visual guidelines
- Contribute to accurately maintain and develop a computerised customer database
- Carry out direct sales activities & develop ideas for marketing to all our customers
- Deliver a high level of after sales service & care by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries & customer complaints
- Assist in the Security procedures at the store as part of Key holding duties
- Ensure that stock the store cleanliness standards are upheld
- Ensure professional communication is upheld within the team
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- Experience working at a supervisory level
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication skills
