Registered Nurse: Lead Shifts & Deliver Person-Centred Care

St James' Park Care Home (Care Concern Group) is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our Dorset-based team. You will lead shifts, deliver clinically led care, and collaborate with residents, families and healthcare professionals to maintain high standards and excellent documentation.
