We are supporting a leading global professional services organisation looking to appoint a senior Dayforce specialist within its rapidly growing Payroll & Workforce Management practice.
This is a broad solution leadership role sitting between technology, consulting and client delivery. You'll act as the senior Dayforce SME across complex transformation programmes, shaping the overall solution and guiding both clients and internal project teams.
You'll oversee the full solution lifecycle - from requirements gathering and gap analysis through to solution design, configuration, integrations, deployment and post-implementation support.
What we are looking for:This is an opportunity to become a senior figure within an established but fast-growing Dayforce practice, working on complex programmes for major organisations.
You'll have genuine influence over solution direction, client delivery and the continued development of the practice - with significant scope for longer-term progression.
