International Payroll Operations Manager 14-15 Month FTC (Mat Leave) This is a people-first leadership role, not a processing one. You won't be running payroll day-to-day, you'll be the escalation point, coach and quality gate for a team of 8 international payroll specialists and advisors, working alongside a second Operations Manager to keep multiple EMEA payrolls running to a high standard. You'll be joining a growing Payroll & Workforce team, working with major organisations on complex payroll transformation, technology implementation and workforce management projects. This is a client-facing role offering significant responsibility across delivery, solution design, stakeholder management and team leadership. The role will involve: Acting as the senior subject matter expert throughout major Dayforce transformation programmes. Working with clients to understand business requirements and translate these into practical technology solutions. Supporting solution architecture, process design, integrations, configuration and implementation activity. Leading project teams across multiple locations, providing direction, coaching and ensuring successful delivery. Managing senior client relationships and confidently communicating complex technology and payroll concepts. Taking ownership of project risks, issues and delivery challenges, including supporting clients following implementation. Contributing to the growth of the wider practice through business development and client opportunities. What we're looking for: A strong track record delivering Dayforce implementations, ideally across multiple countries and a broad range of modules. Previous consulting experience within payroll, HR technology or workforce transformation. Someone comfortable operating at a senior level with both clients and internal stakeholders. The ability to lead and influence project teams in complex delivery environments. Strong commercial awareness, including exposure to project budgets and engagement financials.
