Recruitment Consultant, NES Fircroft ManchesterThe Recruitment Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and managing the full recruitment process. This role combines business development, candidate engagement, and market expertise to deliver successful hiring outcomes and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Client Outreach - Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients & build relationships with hiring managers to identify recruitment opportunities and promote our service offerings.
- Candidate Sourcing & Qualification - Identify, engage, and qualify candidates to assess suitability against client requirements and market demands.
- Interview Coordination & Placement Support - Arrange candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from shortlist to offer stage. Coordinate feedback and ensure a smooth hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
- 3+ years sales experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Comfortable working independently with strong time management abilities
